Tessa got her ears pierced on Saturday and she chose "Crystal Rainbow Daisies". They were the cheapest earring on there. (Stainless Steel Post...I started in those, should be fine) She constantly reminds me: "Mom, we need to put the solution on my ears" and "oh, mom we need to twist them" and the first thing she tells everybody is without even telling them she got her ears pierced is: "I got Crystal Rainbow Daisies". Chatterbox Tessa told the lady among other things, that her friend Emily got her ears pierced and she wants to be just like Emily. SO CUTE!!! She looks adorable and is very excited she has earrings. So, then we were looking around the store some after and the only earrings she picked out in addition were the danglys. SHE DID NOT and WILL NOT GET THE DANGLYS!! Anyway, she did very well. Not even a tear or welled up tears in her eyes I assumed she would tear up, guess she is getting bigger. Guess I was worried about nothing. It was so much fun to watch her reaction to the first one, the second was a little more of a grimaced face but I couldn't catch it on camera. Bella was with us and begged but she got clip on earrings and was super happy with them. (Thanks to Grandma, for Bellas clip ons)

I like how she told Kara that it would hurt when she is 7 and she gets her ears pierced. After I told her that Kara's dad said she could get them pierced at age 5. and the Crystal rainbow daises were beautiful!

Emily desperatly wanted Ariel earings at Disneyland and the only pair I could find were heart shaped. No big deal but they're bigger than the studs. I can understand the no dangly thing, I feel the same way. It's hard to see even the little bit bigger earrings on her ears. And as for Bella, Allyson has been BEGGING the last week to get earrings. Maybe we should take them together someday. They'll probably talkt he other one out of it.

Ok, I understand at her age about the no dangly earrings.... but with that said..... The minute her Auntie Paula thinks she is big enough.... Dangly earrings it is. I seem to rememeber a certian someone helping a certian daughter talk her mother into letting her get a her hair highlighted against her mothers wishes... and then because she wasn't caving you tried to barter, either her hair highlighted or a colored bra...Hmmmm Payback I tell you.
